Started in early 2007, the platform 2 project prepared for the big move south, initially to Idrigehay and then beyond. Here we see the new platform virtually complete and not far from receiving its first passengers. All photos were taken on the 10th July 2007. Several photos of earlier construction work can be viewed in both the 'Big Brother Is Watching You...' and 'Miscellany' sections.
